39 sub vs outlaw rogue

I’m new to the twink scene and I’m in between what spec im going to main for my rogue. I can’t post my armory as this is my first post, but anyways thoughts on Sub compared to Outlaw? I find sub incredibly fun but unsure if viable.

Agreed, gouge and between the eyes are to valuable for cc'ing off targets. Sub can still be good in the right hands, just falls a little short next to outlaw. It really get's it's teeth a bracket up when you get shadow dance.
 
Soup is kinda bad tbh. you get access to gloomblade to bypass armor but lack of mobility and no slows is kinda ass. also you get kited to hell.

This is the sub set u run and I usually can kill someone in stun with a few procs

Wouldn't https://www.wowhead.com/item=6904/bite-of-serrakis?bonus=3998 be stronger than coldrage? also https://www.wowhead.com/item=17752/satyrs-lash?bonus=4029 does the same damage but no slow, not sure about procrates on any of them.
 
I usually have no problem going against classes that can kite bc I have access to 2 shadow steps maybe it's just me who knows, same with priest I 1v1 I can usually take them down not always but I don't struggle as much as you guys say I am. Do opener kick heal than wait to kidney shot and finish

From what I can tell coldrage procs more and the slow is really useful when it comes to sub lacking on that. With outlaw pistol shot slow and assassin's poison slow

the prov rate on coldrage dagger and satyr's lash is really unreliable :(
Is sub viable? sure you can kill people I play sub on my alliance 39 rogue and combat on my horde one. In the end just play which ever you want.
