[39 Paladin] Quick check-up

Hey there guys ! I'm slowly getting into the 39 bracket and want to make sure I don't miss out on anything prior to dinging 39.

I am not going to do World PVP as I am on a PvE realm so less exploration needed.
Got almost full sets according to :

Question : are the gnomeregan rings equivalent to the iridium ones (despite -resistance) ?

Also got future BiS items such as :

Spellcaster neck, Melee Neck, Tank belt and ring.

Any quest I shouldn't miss out on ?

The gnomer rings are flat out better than the iridium equivalent because they have same stats in addition to +arcane/+5 nature. You'll want to get skull of impending doom, stop watch too.

also what spec?
