39 Horde Twink Server?

Going to be joining this bracket on a 39 horde Twink

just wondering what server has largest horde 39 community? I'm currently on Mankrik and don't think theres any 39 guilds here!

so yeah somnebody actually pointed out to me that I wouldn't even be able to transfer to those servers because they are PvP and im on a PvE server

It's possible PVE > PVP transfers are opening up with TBC. I'll let you know if I get confirmation.

For horde yeah it probably is the best in terms of activity.
