EU+US 29 Arm Warrior tips/tricks?

Anyone have any tips/tricks for Arms Warrior they would like to pass along?
Macros...
Rotations...
Etc...

Make a focus charge/Pummel macro, make a smartcast of your heroic leap (unless you a clicker).

Charge in, aplly colo -> MS -> OP. Save slam for a fat excute, or dump it into slam for quick kills. Also you can use heroic throw while charging for OP proces!

You can HL up terrain in FC Rooms.

Probably a bit more macros to be had. I don't have an arms warrior at 29 myself, so I don't really know all the spells available, but what's listed is basically the general stuff.
