I would suggest going 29 since you dont benefit anything from being 24

I see that you are going a max SP build,
I would suggest using Mystic Tome - Item - World of Warcraft (10 int)
Peerless Stats to chest
Greater Crane Wing Inscription to shoulder
Corpse Rompers - Item - World of Warcraft gives 1 int 1 stam more at the cost of 6 crit
Superior Spellpower - Spell - World of Warcraft to wrists (5 SP)

If you go 29 you can also get Grounding Choker - Item - World of Warcraft (7 int 3 stam 5 crit)
Enumerated Handwraps - Item - World of Warcraft of the vision (10 int 2 stam 5 haste)

thanks for the tips, gonna go grab corpse rompers and mystic tome rn. As for levelling to 29 i know i really should but my priest has been 24 forever, like literally forever.
