If you go max agi/ap like this, might aswell pick engi + alchemy for the absolute max ap also shadowfang offhand and blackened defias belt for max ap. Aldor shoulder enchant (22ap 8crit or something), Scorched leg armor (44ap 17crit). Wouldn't personally drop blurred speed for dexterity as a rogue, unless you really don't care about getting kills or keeping up with people, just maximum crits.

You're implying that any person who has a 24 is dumb? I'll have you know many of us have free to play accounts and toons and enjoy the more challenging gameplay experience. Given the opportunity, many f2p that are "oh so loyal" to their f2p bracket would create a 24 twink in a heartbeat. Don't reply.
