Hello I have decided to put healing on hold for a bit, and mess around with a rogue. Does anyone know a BIS gearing list? Also stat priorities and such? Thanks for all advice in advance!!

I’d wait until SL comes out. Everything will change

Rogue is CRAZY gear heavy if you want actual BiS.
With that said, you should be able to compete / be useful with just "some" gear.
If you care about actual BiS and all that, waiting for SL will 100% be the right call.

Right now you'd be rerolling allied races to get at least soothsaying and 1 of 2 bis main-hands (off-hand can be BoE).
If you want dream BiS you'd be rerolling for 60000 years, so that's not really plausible; but soothsaying + a weapon is within realm of possibility. Or just be the lvl 20 equivelant of Sax, hue (just replace his boots with BG adaptable or high roll vers quickblade).

You'll generally want a few sets, but if you want to stick with 1 set at all times (you'll use this 70-80% of the time if you're playing properly anyways) is to ALWAYS rock Master Engineer's Goggles. No matter how cool Fearthered Headdress may look(cuz purple).
It's an armory flex most times, and only has its uses if you wanna do some sort of coordinated 2v1 (in your favor) cuts on EFC (29.99-19.99% of the time), or a yolo glass cannon play (0.1% of the time, because it means you're fkn stupid).

Btw + weapon damage is quite insane. Keeping 1 ele force is good for that short, non-finisher window and for sustain vs armored targets, but you want those fat Run Through's in the end.
