Are we still capped at rank 3, or can we go beyond that?
Another question i have for the experient 19 rogues out there is , i am trying to decide between Cruel barb or Assassin's Blade to use as off-hand. Most guides i look up tell me to use Assassin's Blade, but Cruel Barb seems to give me a dmg boost over the AB. What should i choose?
