19 Rogue Question

Just curious what would be a good setup for weapons as an Outlaw Rogue @19. I assume Shadowfang is the top choice but with those being difficult to obtain (gold/time limited), what would be viable replacements?

For mainhand, BG crate blue sword/axe > shadowfang > bronze shortsword > w/e else. Basically in mainhand, weapon damage is king. The BG crate blue is higher ilvl and has higher weapon damage.

Offhand is a stat stick, so shadowfang is best with 6 agility and a proc that can proc elemental force. Bronze shortsword is the really cheap but nearly as good version with the agility and no proc. Other options include theif's blade (5agi/2stam IIRC), scaled assassins blade or talon of vultros (5agi/2crit) or another BG crate weapon (slightly better white hits) or else w/e you got (heirloom, dungeon drop).
