19 Resto Shaman. What Enchants should I be aiming for?

I've looked at the armories. But, I can't decipher which are grandfathered enchants and which aren't. Which enchant options should I be aiming at for each slot?

Also, are goblin gliders just consumables? Or is this something I have a way of continuously using at lvl 19?
