lvl15 gems i think max at +3 primary only .. so even 1 socket wouldnt have as much impact .. bracer is the weakest, if its mail, it can be offset using Tsunami set +6 to +8 mastery bonus (depending on lvl) .. but leather does not have anything better

Grandfathered enchant. Max you can get now is +3.

These are extremely rare.

I love seeing these GF enchants. Seen a shaman going around with +13 spell power on wrists, a druid with +15 strength on gloves (lol) and now this

I've only seen the +12 agi to cloak so this is awesome for me to see as well, didnt realise there were more gf'd chants

Adding a gem slot with +3 would add ~20% pewpew to the base modifiers before secondaries seeing as they start with 3 agi/12ap.
On a toon with 21-24 gems, those small +3's , 2/2's really add up
