119s .. is 378 with socket better than 388 ?

gotten tons of socketed 378 and plain 388 without socket and without tertiary stats .. would a socketed 378 beat a plain 388 ?

i have 1 more round to go tomorrow on the 7th, and thats the end of this year's 15th anniversary run

Honestly the stat difference between warforges and non warforges this anniversary is a bit larger than last anniversary's. So unless you don't already have the 120 and 80 primary stat sockets, I'd go with the warforge. Unless it's maybe a mainhand or 2h wep.
