Hi lads,

Just wondering if researching to equip 2x legendaries is still a thing?
Is it possible to reach rewered with champions of azeroth at this level? and if so how?

You just need sufficient resources and the time to upgrade to dual leggos. Takes a few days.
(you can easily solo world quests that reward up to 1000, so its no big deal. Just time.)

CoA doesn't award the neck upgrade below 120, as far as I know. Regardless of reputation.

A quick way to get Order Resources is to purchase the BoA cache with Bloods of Sargeras (20 for 4000 resources and 1 for 200).

You need to do the Order Hall research for each character.
