With the new "activity" in the bracket, making another 29 wargame thread. We were only off a few members last time and now i believe itll be quiet easy to get enough. Take all that salt and pour it into these games. Since no actual premade teams have stepped up to vs each other this is your chance to beat the players u feel deserve it and in the most fair and competitive way. The games will be held 8pm EST, please use the following format to signup:

Char name - spec - server - faction

---end---

You should seriously just grab random friends and do 3v3 or 5v5. Planning wargames is kinda pointless when people can just grab random friends and do wargames anytime.

I'd be down.

u see this thread is for WSG 10v10 wargames, not 3v3 or 5v5 wargames. So signup or shutup

You see, I DID sign up for 10v10 wargames last time. You insisted that you wouldn't be available to organize and play in them, and they fell apart. You shouldn't be so stubborn to ignore my advice and keep trying for 10v10s. Set your expectations lower and you might get something going. 10v10 wargames aren't the be-all, end-all of twinks having a good time. Especially when you've already established a 0-1 track record of being able to get them going.

So here's me signing up again... for what, I don't know.

Alliance - Rsham/enhance/WW Monk/Lock/Spriest

Ohaì - Disc Priest - Dragonmaw - Horde
Ohaì - Combat Rogue - Windrunner - Alliance

If i want to do 3v3s, ill just use my friends list to do so, there is almost no need to make a thread for it. However getting 20ppl on ready for wsg wargames is a little harder to do without organization. To not attempt to hold an event because it barely didnt occur the last time is a really poor excuse. If everyone lived by that motto we would be in the stone ages. We dont lose anything from organizing this.

Are there going to be any class rules? Many people didn't want to play with BM last night, myself included. Let's get those things established before this proceeds.

Will you be personally leading Horde?

Tapatalked from my PACMAN 4.4.4 Note II

maybe going off what Agonist laid out for 19 premades but tailored more to 29s would be a start

*Maximum of 2 per class (including Druid)
*Maximum of 4 healers
*No stealthy rule
*No Brewmaster Monk allowed
*Only 1 Arms Warrior/Shadow Priest allowed

Forgive my ignorance but what does that mean?

Just my 2 cents

2 Druids - I like this rule just to see what teams would roll comp wise with such a restriction. Gdruid and Resto ? Resto seems to be a must. 4 healers seems like too much 4 heals allowed mid strat were 3 heals allows old school O and D type feel and mana mangement. But let's be honest a ret pally can heal like a healer. Make 3 heals and force teams to have a ret.

3 heals I'm guessing Resto Druid, disc priest and Resto shaman as no brainers / have ret off heal. So what would last druid be ? No BM forces teams to use prot warrior or fury warrior . So many restrictions for creativity.

1 Bm only
1 Spriest
1 Arms
3 heals
1 hunter ( forces teams to use unique classes) and pick if hunter goes D or O
1 Mage ( you will just see 2 mages of different specs coordinate )
2 Druids ( puts teams on their heels on comp and may force a MW or Hpally to heal)

i just feel the 3 heals forces people to be creative on strats, lastly with stacks more exciting games. Allowing 1 Bm forces a team to maybe let BM FC to allow a feral or boomy to play) not allowing a BM almost forces you to play Gdruid IMO best Premade FC and Resto Druid. But hurts such skilled capped classes as boomy to not play.

At at the end of the day all that matters is both team leaders agree upon the rules. Just make it fun. :p

it must mean i am not playing brewmaster????????????

Sorry maybe I wasn't clear enough by just using bold. What is a "No Stealthy rule"?

Aoj - aerie peak fire mage alliance

Serious question AOJ. A) are you also the f2p monk that plays horde and B) if so, is it true that you troll the horde team by intentionally doing things to make them lose? I consider you a primarly alliance player and there was a 20monk named aoj that had 2k hp (I have 6 unbuffed as a comparison) and kept grabbing flag and running right into alliance at bad times for horde last night. Just curious if that's you and if so why you behave that way.
