+100 health chest enchant

I just read about the new level requirements for librams and leg armor, but has the change to the +100 health chest enchant been confirmed?



And if it has, will you guys use the +50 health enchant or the +4 to stats enchant?

As of right now, it does have a level requirment on it. And more than likely we will be using the +4 to all stats.

As for what the poster above stated, for now it has been restored to its previous state.



Right now we don't know what Blizz is doing, and they don't seem inclined to let us know either.

Well the changes on the PTR are available for all to see.



The only reason they won't tell us what's going down is because none of it is written in stone until a miniscule amount of time before they go live.

for all we know, the +100HP to chest is back to normal !

the change in mats have been there for quite a while just that nobody ever noticed, i presume. cause on my live server the +100hp to chest already has only 2 small brilliant shard as mats !



as for the rest, we'll know soon...

blizzard downloader just picked up the 3.1 patch for download.

meaning its ready for action, probably going live this tuesday !

i might be wrong on this, might just be a prepatch, but even there prepatching means its ready !
