10 RBG wins for Mage tower skin unlock

Hey just wondering if it would be possible to do and find RBGs for a 110?
Its not really a twink, just abandoned at the end of legion. But now i would like to use this Character as a twink but the problem is, its the only one who unlocked the mage tower skins for this certain class. So if i cant find RBGs on this level im kinda doomed. Would have to level to 120 and gear him up, which would take a lot of time.
Is there any way around it? :/

you could level to 120, spend like 2 days getting gear, then do shitty "YOLO" RBGs with random people, after 20-25 you should get your 10 wins
