order hall resources

This is inspired by the Garrison thread, so I want to ask the same question. What are we able to get trough the Order Hall as level 20's, and are the Order Mission worth it? I noticed a weird hot fix note yesturday. You can now use 5k order hall resources for blood of sargares.. interesting. I'm at work so I can't confirm. If this is indeed a fact, I can now use the order hall resources I have collected on my twink for more money earning ventures.
