Curious about stats and how much they impact level 1 twinks. was thinking of actually doing a Shaman, only to get both the new lvl 1 Staff of Jordan and Icemail Jerkin at the same time, as i have a few extra of both. Does haste work well enough to lower the cast time of lightning bolt from 2.5...
