Source Class restrictions on Arathi Basin set gear will be removed for Classic Era. How do yall feel this will affect the 49 twink bracket?

I got some game time for the holidays, haven't logged on for years, what happened to the level 19 twinks? My now level 9 can't use group finder for BGs. Does this mean people have had to abandon their 19s? I couldn't find a similar thread.
