You aren't speccing your chardev. As soon as you spec into prot you gain 15% stamina. Also, green lens of stamina is not an option on chardev so you will be missing that extra 25 stamina plus another 4 from the 15% stam bonus. That all adds up to 4949 health. Ooch's armory has him at 5099...
