It looks like it, but I'm not 100% sure. Rings are debatable, as there's a few different options other than what you have.

If you plan on playing mostly battle grounds, I would HIGHLY suggest against going 10. 10 is basically just a limiting factor to how effective you can be in battlegrounds. Edit: Although 10 is fun in other aspects, like World PvP.

If I were you, I'd honestly twink them just because of the titles alone, you hardly see those anymore. They all have a few grandfathers from what I can see from glancing over it, but I'm not sure if their near BiS for the bracket you could twink in.

People sell these recipes for like 1g a pop on moon guard, and I have atleast 3 sitting around... Are they really that rare? O.o

Waiittt.... Isn't the whole idea of twinking to use every thing to your advantage? Just being a twink back in the day meant that you were doing what he is considering "cheating" all the time.... If the OP is in the wrong, then he's just as wrong for twinking in the first place, lmao
