19 mage is definatley where its at lovestotwink i have my mage ( icybtk - korialstraz ) and LOVE her. Great burst damage and with great skill can take down thoes dirty huntards :) ( sorry if this is irrelevant noraan ) Now noraan.. 11 definatley not IMO you loose too much.

F2P accounts can't get guild invites. Also if you thinking about creating a 19 toon you will most likley be killed by everyone you come across, ex) your weapon enchants have to be +1 weapon damage because you can't use the AH. Best of luck to yah

Honestly, rolling a 34 is counter productive to twink brackets in general. Ontop of that the majority of 24's i have seen are garbage, and they get face rolled by anywhere from 1 - 8 20's * ( most 24's i see dont even have a change because 20's hate them so much )
