Is this a dps set? You lack a bit of health too, better to go for a more balanced setup which means you can go for a much better healthpool for a barely noticeable drop in dps/burst. For example: Wrists - Unearthed Bands of the Monkey, 1st ring - Tarenar's or a 7/7/7 Agi/Stam/Crit Ring, Chest...

PPM of Jackhammer is poor we tested it back in the day trust me. PoD would still wreck on a Shammy due to the proc. LOA is nothing special. I guess the heirloom axe is still a pretty close substitute.
