bg crates haven't been touched. they didn't even get ilvl boost.

edit - misread, not sure what behavior is in end game When they were updating ilvls on ptr one thing that is notable is that dungeon quests rewards were boosted at the same time as dungeon loot, not with quest rewards that were boosted a few builds earlier. This would indicate to me that...

So with the new info today about quest rewards/rare drops being able to increase in quality (and can be assumed, ilvl), 89 is far more able to get 128 ilvl weapons. Could also be some trinket possibilities. Most everything else probably won't impact much given the lack of sockets on quest rewards.

Ilvl changes are probably just because they didn't have time to fine tune the squish, they are looping back to it now. First pass was quick and dirty

This patch also reintroduces ilvl differentiation between green/blue/purp (for dung/quest gear)

Every bracket, but particularly those below 59. Higher brackets will still be socket gear primarily that won't benefit much from this.

Professions etc don't make much difference and are definitely not required. Utility tinkers from engineering are of course still very useful. Enchanting/gemming etc. bout normal for a twink you can farm it yourself or drop 10-20kish. 110 is its own bracket for now. No one in the bracket...

After they shrunk the numbers the straight stats on these sets work, although iirc any procs do not

Last I checked, they aren't so unless there is some last minute magic they will stay mostly irrelevant

Same glitch can be used for tradeable drops in dungeons I believe
