Just from having a quick search your cpu is really only just meeting the minimum requirements for overwatch which is probably creating a bottleneck for the rest of your computer and possibly even causing the cpu to overheat which combined are probably what's giving you the issues

Overwatch is a much newer game though so depending on what other games you play and don't lag in will help tell if it's just your system overheating or bottlenecking, you can download speedfan or a programme like that and have it open when playing to see what your cpu and gpu temps go to while...
