Any twink guilds out there for classic-world raiding? Herald groups? If so what realm are y’all playing on?

Does the shadowmorne quest level scale? Or is it always going to drop at level 30 (110 ilvl?). If it does level scale, should I go 30, 35, or 39?

I too ran into the trinket not dropping for my war when I had a monk in group. We had 36 clears before we got one to drop. Can confirm as of 2 days ago, it still exists.
