The mobs by the blackwing lair orb respawn in 10-11mins idk why faster but it seems so.

When I first read the post, I thought it said lvl 16-18 for lvl 17 ilvl 26 armor drops, and (character) level 18 for ilvl 27 wep drops. I misread the sentence. Asking a simple question to clarify was apparently better than re-reading, because now I know Uldaman at night may be a possible option...

So do I need to be lvl 18 for ilvl 27 Destiny drop? or is lvl17 fine as well?

Having a tough time deciding on what to use for my off-hand wep on my Enhance shammy... Ironfoe, Blackout Truncheon, Vibroblade (if even possible), Soulrending claw, etc. Currently farming "Cheiftan Burblegobble" for Shocking Claws because I wanna see the dmg difference of and 8-12dmg offhand...
