Even with overturning, Bliz could fix survival by removing Terms of Engagement or moving it up the tier. As is, surv is a better warrior than a warrior from a ToT and kit standpoint. While, warrior will always be my main, I wish more classes had more complete kits like Shaman. Other than the OP...

I know you mentioned not wanting another account. You can keep the same b.net account and create sub accounts that have access to transmogs, chromie time, etc. There's really no reason not to. The only issue might be grouping with each other, so maybe that's the rub? There might be a workaround...

Chops, thanks for this. I was getting super confused reading the above posts. This was my plan as well, replacing the talasites with +2 str/+2 sta gems and keep my +3 str as is. I'll prob go for a nightmare tear as well as the +3 stam/+4 crit from hellfire. Not sure arms can go full glass cannon...

The only thing I would point out is that BC jewelcrafting may be obsolete. I think the only thing it will offer come 9.1.5 is a/some meta gems? Steady talasite is getting nerfed and not worth the trouble.

I like the idea of 10's. Currently playing 20's. I do like pvp though. Outside of war-games and wpvp, do 10's get to pvp at all, or is more of a pve thing?
