What’s the level requirement now for special loot in shadowlands ?

I’m wondering if there is any way to get onto the BFA phase of Arathi Highlands, I know you can get to the Silithus phase, however in Arathi Zidormi seems to be missing.

Im pretty sure you can just resub for a month, go and turn your xp on and then open a ticket asking a GM to end your game time early for the month, which is cheaper then paying for two transfers. I’m not 100% so hopefully someone can confirm.

Any bans we know of so far ?
