    My level 10 couldnt use any minor wizard oil that were "crafted" by my "high" level toons. I craft them with another level 10 and can use them.

    If you are killing Ogres in Nagrand be sure and get those war beads off them, turn them into the Consortium in Nagrand. The Consortium gives you an envelope ( membership benefits package ) that have gems in it, the higher your rep. with them the more and better gems you'll get from the package...
