Just tested it out with a rogue and yes EF does proc off any of my poisons. Dotted up 4 dummies, turned around facing away from them and EF was proccing pretty good. That was very interesting to see. Since typically I'm using Spinning Crane Kick with my monk I just did a test. I hit 4 dummies...
