i tried both havoc and vengeance with heirlooms and some starter gear from quests .... at lvl 14 my personal(newbie) opinion is that they don't perform as good as other classes . i may lack on gear , i dont know

ok i managed to create one lvl 14 myself. if you literally dont kill any extra(and dont do any bonus) , can pull it off with ghost-on-follow .
