Do you think it’s worth buying 21-23 lvl req epics now and hoping they get squished to 20 or below in 10.0?

Are we expecting any vanilla epic drop changes? (lvl required for farming, ilvl of the epic dropped etc)

Does anyone know how can I get the Crow Wing Reaper axe as a surv hunter? 2H axes do not drop for the class, but I've seen hunters with that weapon. Thank you.

The shattered sun gems are ilvl 27, that means you cannot put them into ilvl 25 gear (which is nearly all TBC dungeon or quest items with sockets), even when you get a quest item with gem sockets upgraded to epic, it is ilvl 26 and does not still fit that gems. Correct me if I'm mistaken

I see now, thank you all guys. I've seen gear items posted above on this topic that do not have that "plus sign" for the relic but people were going to craft them, so I thought I'm missing smth out. And what about items that do not have a lvl requirement? For example the engineer parachute...

Can anyone confirm that any craftable item can be crafted with the relic? Wowhead does not show the relic available in the craft slot on some items. The only craftable back with a gem socket that I've found is the TBC Vengeance Wrap, it looks great for a rogue though not sure if it can be crafted.
