The rares in talador are phased but they can be done by having a lvl 50 kite them to the edge of the phase then having your twink tag the mob if you cant loot it the drop will be mailed to you

im not sure what level tanaan jungle is but anything ten lvls above you isnt lootable

If a rare isnt up in one time line it can be up in another so its worth switching every now and then

Frost is good for rotting down the enemy team. howling blast hits like a wet noodle but the aoe dot from it will do like 600-800 damage to anyone within range of it

Did you complete The Tidestone of Golganneth? I just did stormhiem and got my ilvl 50 piece. The only wod ilvl gear available is rings, neck, cape and offhand.

Hoarfrost in Frostfire Ridge and Tor'goroth in Frostfire Ridge both dropped ilvl 44 Alot of the rares weren't up thou so there could be more

Ran around wod with a lvl 50 and lvl 10 grouped together killing all the rares we could find. The lvl 50 got ilvl 48 gear that requires lvl 40 to use. The lvl 10 got mainly ilvl 14 gear with some ilvl 44 gear. so some of the rares haven't been fixed yet imo

Changing the timeline doesn't affect it tried it on my lvl 10 and got ilvl 14

The rares are always there unless someone has killed them in which case you just have to wait for the respawn.
