As the title explains, me and 2 of my friends wanted to twink on lvl 19 and play arenas just for fun. We queued for arenas while we were leveling and found literally always a match but since we hit lvl 19 and locked our xp we're sitting in 30-60 minute queues without a match. Is there a bug or...
