Wanted to enchant some heirlooms for a crit set, but I upgraded my heirlooms a while back and of course the item level is too high for the enchants. Is there a way to select a lower level heirloom 0/4 upgrades or is it just screwed?

Just making a F2P Monk. 1. Is there any reason to break up the fang set even if you find whatever epics you can... other than just looking cool? 2. Or is it just better to go with vers items from BGs? 3. Did not really see an armory link that looked up-to-date for a true F2P non-vet.
