I don't have a sensible answer for you, but you've just given me an idea. 2 PoD's, one with crusader and one with fiery. Switch to the fiery one whenever crusader procs or you get disarmed. 900g for a bit more DPS and countering a few seconds of disarm every BG is what twinking is all about.

Un'Goro as well if you want a challenge. On my enh sham I've taken out a few 50's there in the last few days - it's a lot more satisfying than dunking on 30's levellers. Even at 39 you can explore a lot without levelling so don't worry about it. So far I've done the Mark of the Chosen quest...

Thanks all. I think multiple sets is a good idea since I have a bunch of stuff laying around (Spirewind, Pith helmet, etc). I'm going to try more bear gear and drop ~4-5% crit for a bunch more stam and str. I like your build Alice, I think that's pretty much the ideal balance between everything.
