Just to make sure we're on the same page, I'm still talking about 19s here. If 2 hunters are on you, you can literally just use BoF and backstrafe away from them while killing their pets. They can't do much damage at all on the move as Auto Shot and Multi-Shot have a hidden 0.5+ sec cast time...
