it's 19s. It's all about terrain jumps/exploiting. Until Arena comes out, you're pretty much screwed if you have no one to peel for you and you have more than 1 person on you.

Everyone claiming that safe spotting/jumps are not exploits, yet you need a certain race to perform them contradicts it. Constant jumping around completely avoids the whole point of the game. This 'aint Super Mario Bro.'s. Personally, I much preferred arena's during TBC.. now that was fun...
