    thank the lord, thanks for letting me know!! Another question, since locking xp reduces xp by 90%, what is the best thing to do on a lvl 10 twink? Or does that debuff not apply in random dungeons?

    I'm just coming back in to wow and would like to create a level 10 to dungeon boost my alts, but I've read that we will no longer be able to lock xp? I can't find any official word on this. I won't put in the time if it's true
