You can apply the BFA ring enchants ''Accord of X" to i37 rings, they will scale to +4

Growler is hard to obtain, a lot of quests to do in IC before you can unlock that particular daily. Plus you'll need flying to be able to do/get some quests. But it is good even as a green i33, offers 1 sock, 12 crit and 17 vers.

You'll do fine without a covenant. Nevertheless, if you still want to move it to an SL account, you cannot migrate it bach to the BFA account earlier than one month so think also about that
