Trying to get the Winterspring Frostsaber mount, but for that quest, one needs 20 Rugged Leather. While leveling skinning, I'm stuck at 200 lvl and can't seem to get past it. Is this a bug? Are we capped for being lvl 20? Any help appreciated

Off topic, but just my two cents, as I keep coming to this guide for it's valuable F2P information. Playing as an Alliance char, I keep my HS on Boralus instead of Stormwind, as the portals there to SW and IF are really close, and the SW port takes you directly to the SW portal room, giving...

That's not the point, really. You are just a reference, being a F2P legend. It's just that Blanchy is one of my favorite mounts. Bummer...

You can have an interrupt if you spec into Maim, and even an extra stun, while stealthed, with Rake. That said, IMO, Guardian is Top S tier for 20 PVE twinking, specially for F2P.

Just noticed that Hellscream's Doomblade, among the other Heirlooms that could only be equiped at higher levels, are now accessible for lvl 1+. Since they have sockets, wondering if there is any viability in using them at 20, perhaps with Cogwheels if possible. Noob here, probably a dumb question.
