I'm trying to gear a 19 mistweaver and I'm looking for a level 19 req Medicine staff/Sturdy Quarterstaff. I've been trying to figure out scaling and ways to find a level 19 by searching on these forums for scaling rules, but I'm still unsure of how to go about it. Anyone happen to know?

What gems do you caster twinks out there use for level 60-69? I can't seem to find the specific gem anywhere...
