If I am am level locked at 19 and a non-level locked 19 invites me to a party and ques for bg's. Does it allow me to go into the non-locked level 19 bracket?

I was reading through the forums and as ohti said above, there are a lot of survival hunters. What is so special about them in this bracket? I also assume that Fire Mage and MM hunters can one-shot due to low hop and rogues, well rogues, are nice to troll with.

Just as it says in the subject, what bracket has the shortest que time with xp off? I am i the 19 with xp off and it takes 30 minutes. Anyone know which bracket is shorter normally and best times to que?

Well I am back... now that the PTR is live... has any lower level than 60 had a 120 in their party and synced for BGS? What was the result?
