Has there been a fetched out loot table for these areas yet? I know feathermoon is Silithus and winged helm is Burning Steepes, At least so it seems. If not is there a addon or a way we can track our loot to start working to make one?

Thank you for your replies. Yeah, thats what it seemed like but wanted to make sure. Noticed lvl 40 req for quest but not on the item itself. Sad because it seems like such a strong choice for feral to be able to pop it with tiger fury on a opener.

I noticed a lot of agility dependent twinks with this trinket. So I went to go get the quest but realised it was grayed out for me. I am Horde.
