I think this is solely a tooltip bug. I have helped a friend farm this item only a month or two ago, and it scaled to level 20 for him. I actually saw him with one equipped so I know for sure you can, or at least could.

Yeah just ran Mythic Antorus and got a nice Trinket upgrade, really need a socket though but I think that will just come over time as only need bracers now too but they have speed on so they're alright Thanks for advice, I think I'll just try run underot whenever I am bored and just do ABT each...

Thanks so much guys, I can farm Underot for the Mastery Trinket and try and get some Speed / Socket on it and hopefully another trinket. Don't need main stat as it's only for old raids, so damage isn't something I am too concerned with, just speed.

Hi, Sorry for the silly question but I really don't want to waste my time farming if I am wrong. Can regular dungeon loot warforge / proc a socket etc at level 111 as I really need sockets on a couple slots of my speed twink. Thanks & sorry for the silly question again.

Thanks - Do you know if the trinkets can proc sockets at all? I really need some trinkets with mastery + a socket for my 111 speed warrior - Mastery is my best stat for Agrammar's Stride.
