I am leveling a frost DK right now for the purpose of twinking. I cant decide if I want to stay at 115 so I can still use legendaries, or if I want to go to 119 for the higher level gear and stats. Thoughts? I guess scaling would play a factor as well. I know its harder to kill a 115 than a 119...

Leveling a DK.. played about 15 matches last two days.. don't think I saw a single alliance twink but a lot of horde ones. Is this bracket worth getting in to or should I just go to 115 as I was planning?

Are there groups set up for this? Even the 39 bracket has them so I mean they must exist here! Please link me the alliance one!
