    Hey guys I was planning to make a 119 twink but was told yesterday that you're unable to turn XP off at 119. is that right? Did anyone try? Thanks.

    Hey all, new member here. How are you guys getting ilvl300 gear? I've got chest and shoulders so far but mine only goes up to 280...with the added 5 ilvls when I get all 3 traits. I'm missing something right?
