Does windwalker monk have any role at all in the 19 bracket? I made one and it feels like it can put out some damage and the self heals are nice but outside of that it seems that it kinda just gets rolled over because of no stun/kick, maybe this is the reason you rarely ever see them?

Is it still possible to get this trinket? I looted it on my level 19 hunter and it was saying I couldn't start the quest until level 30, did I arrive to the party too late?
