Same thing again, looted req lvl 7 (ilvl 10) on lvl 5 character and later found the same item on AH, scaled to req lvl 5 (ilvl 10 too). I still have no answer from sellers to my question on which lvl they dropped those items.

Ok, after killing ~2000 mobs in starting zones at lvl 5, I finally got a boe item from https://www.wowhead.com/npc=3113/razormane-dustrunner in Durotar. Scaled to req lvl 7 (ilvl 10). And later I checked AH and found the same item scaled to req lvl 5 (ilvl 10 too). I still haven't found...

I checked few of them, mainly lvl 100+. It's weird because while playing on lvl 5 character I haven't looted any green boe in zones 1-10 (eg elwynn) for few days and in zones 10+ (eg westfall) I get green boe ever few minutes, everything scaled to req lvl7.

I found these items on AH yesterday. All of them are unscaled. How do people get them? I'm f2p and I cannot ask them.

I think that starters cannot unlock XP without gm help.

After two days I got precisely 10g from https://www.wowhead.com/item=111821/blingtron-5000 and managed to xp lock on lv5 starter twink.
